Conference Information:

If travelling by car there is a NCP car park located near to the hotel. If travelling by rail there are always lots of taxis and a bus service that will bring you into the town.

​

We will provide a bus shuttle service to and from the race course.

​

If you prefer to drive to and from the race course there is ample free parking there. The venue has confirmed that you can leave your vehicles there if you wish and overnight on the Monday but at your own risk. However the course does have great security and barriers.

Conference Dinner:

 

This will be held at the Pittville Pump Room in Cheltenham. A shuttle bus service will take you to and from the venue. If you prefer to drive there is a car parking but with local parking charges.

​

The theme for the event will be a DAY AT THE RACES! So dust off those outfits, fascinators and hats if you wish and of course there will be prizes awarded! We want everyone to feel included though so please don’t feel under any pressure and dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable.

As well as your meal and dancing to a local band, there will be a couple of races for us all to participate in, so please bring some change to place your bets on the evening. All funds raised will be split equally to Cancer Research UK and St Peters Hospice in Bristol.

​

A table planner will be located at the venue, we have tried our best to place people appropriately, the menu choices are linked to the table and seating plan. So please can you refrain from swapping seats until after the food has been served.
