Poster Presentation – Quality or Innovation within Medical Education

NAMEM Conference 2026 poster presentations are now open. Submissions illustrating how an individual or team, associated with medical education has successfully implemented a change and or introduced a new system to influence a different method of working.  This may include improving quality and/or identifying more efficient ways of working, achieving an identified objective.

1.    Criteria    

    Clearly demonstrate aim and objective of piece of work undertaken
    Provide evidence of success and or challenges faced
    Clearly and simply illustrate new system 
    Include corporate identity e.g., NHS and Health Board/Trust logo
    Referenced and dated
    Posters must be submitted in .pdf format.

    Selected posters will be printed to A1 size, so please ensure the file you share has page dimensions to match. 
    Submissions can be uploaded until 30th April 2026 at 4pm, (please don’t leave it until the last minute).

2.    Viewing and Voting    

All delegates attending the conference will have the opportunity to view the posters via the Conference web app and displayed printed live at the Conference. One vote per delegate will be available at the conference to select their winner.

This year we would like to display submitted posters via our website to celebrate and showcase the great work happening in Medical Education. You will be asked when submitting a poster to confirm that you are happy for us to do this.

3.    Award:

The author of the winning poster will receive a conference package to NAMEM’s 2026 Conference and will be announced at the close of the conference by the NAMEM Chair.
